To mark Deutsche Telekom’s anniversary, Lunatx SFX transformed the night sky into a 15-minute spectacle of light, colour and sound: 700 illuminated drones, perfectly choreographed – exclusively for this special occasion. A tribute from Deutsche Telekom AG to its home city of Bonn. Musically, there were top acts to see for free – Clueso on Bonn’s Münsterplatz and Chilly Gonzales on the roof of the Bundeskunsthalle. On the banks of the Rhine at Beutler, a silent disco pulsated with three different channels on thousands of headphones.

Lunatx now flies the IO Star 3 by Drotek, developed and manufactured in France. The software-based control environment is part of Drotek’s IO Star system. At the Lunatx LAB, we develop our own hardware solutions for the operator station, as well as tools and workflows for show design, formation planning, 3D previews and music synchronization.
