To mark Deutsche Telekom’s anniversary, Lunatx SFX transformed the night sky into a 15-minute spectacle of light, colour and sound: 700 illuminated drones, perfectly choreographed – exclusively for this special occasion. A tribute from Deutsche Telekom AG to its home city of Bonn. Musically, there were top acts to see for free – Clueso on Bonn’s Münsterplatz and Chilly Gonzales on the roof of the Bundeskunsthalle. On the banks of the Rhine at Beutler, a silent disco pulsated with three different channels on thousands of headphones.

The show was broadcasted synchronously on both sides of the Rhine using our wireless playback system, creating an immersive experience that seamlessly combined image and sound.

Our latest generation of drones was used for the first time – developed and produced entirely in Europe: four times brighter than the previous model, weatherproof and reliable – even in the rain. Optimised and time-saving setup – a real technological leap forward for large-scale sky displays!
